Our Barista Skills & Hospitality Workshop is a structured, experiential learning programme designed to support the objectives of the Gear Up Programme.
Using barista training as a practical platform, students develop both vocational competencies and critical soft skills such as communication, teamwork, responsibility, and self-confidence.
The programme is carefully scaffolded to provide progressive mastery experiences, allowing students to experience repeated success in a safe and supportive environment.

Students are meticulously guided to craft their very first cups of coffee, employing key barista skills such as Espresso Extraction and Milk Frothing.

Through weekly Reflection Circle & Affirmation sessions, students share their personal wins.

Final Showcase
"I am Capable!"
Students will lead a Final Showcase, applying the skills learnt in the workshop.
After receiving feedback, students are guided to reflect meaningfully on personal growth.
