Positions available:

1) Full-time Coffee Educator/ Part-Time Event Based Workshop Instructor

    Job Scope:

• Create fulfilling & engaging coffee educational experiences for workshop participants

• Assist corporate clients in planning for events such as team bonding

• Contribute to content creation to raise coffee literacy levels in Singapore

    We're looking for someone who has:

• Strong interest in coffee and educating aspiring coffee lovers

• Strong innate desire to inspire the next generation of baristas

• A positive attitude towards life, self-motivated and practitioner of lifelong learning

    Who should apply?

• Ideally more than 1 year of coffee experience

• Facilitation & Education background/experience

2) Full-time Café Barista

    Part-Time Café Barista/ Service Crew

    Job Scope:

• Deliver excellent customer service, at all times

• Serve and present food & beverages quickly and efficiently, meeting the company's quality standards

• Ensure cleanliness of workplace

    We're looking for someone who is:

• Able to perform well during high-volume peak hours

• Able to work well in a team

• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Able to handle multiple responsibilities

3) Marketing Intern

    Job Scope:

• Social media management: Manage the company’s main social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok.

• Email marketing: Using email as a channel to raise awareness of TCR and to promote any relevant events and campaigns.

• Content marketing: Present information on coffee and cafe operations through the written word in the form of articles, infographics and videos on the website blog.

    Skills needed

• Proficient in videography and video editing 

• Proficient photo taking and editing skills

• Basic copywriting skills

• Familiarity with different social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn)

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

• Past experience in any of the 3 main responsibilities (social media management, email marketing, content marketing) is a plus.
